- 又、お急ぎの場合や返信メールが届かない場合には098-936-8292 までお電話いただけますようお願い致します。
- 各コースの最小催行人数に満たない場合にはご予約をお受けできない可能性がございます。
- ご参加の最低年齢は、シュノーケリング：6歳、ダイビング：10歳 です。また、60歳以上の方はご参加頂く事ができません。
- ダイビング当日（終了から18時間以内）は安全上飛行機へ乗ることができません。
- ダイビングに参加される方は「PADI 病気に関する質問表」を事前に必ずご確認ください。
- 該当する項目がある場合には安全上参加することができません。→英語バージョンは【こちら】
- 当日にご参加できない事が発覚した場合の返金はございませんのでご注意ください。
- 前日の午後２時以降のキャンセルは、コース代金の100%の手数料がかかります。（7.8.9月は前日の午前8時以降～100％）

If your request is urgent or you do not receive a reply, please call us at 098-936-8292. - We may be unable to accept reservations if the minimum number of participants for a course is not met.
- The wetsuits and life jackets we have available are generally suitable for individuals weighing 90 kg or less. Please contact us in advance if you exceed this weight.
- Minimum age requirements are 6 years old for snorkeling and 10 years old for diving. Participation is not permitted for those aged 60 or older.
- For safety reasons, you cannot fly on the same day you go diving (within 18 hours of the activity’s conclusion).

Please note that no refunds will be issued if it is determined on the day of the activity that you cannot participate. - Cancellations made after 2:00 PM on the day before the activity will incur a fee equal to 100% of the course price. (For July, August, and September, the 100% fee applies to cancellations made after 8:00 AM on the day before.)
